Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 90-day return window starting from the delivery date.

To initiate a return:

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.
Covered by TechXcelence
We cover return shipping when:
- the product is defective
- the item arrives damaged
- the wrong product was delivered.
Customer responsibility
Return shipping is paid by the customer when:
- the wrong product was ordered
- the item is no longer wanted
- the customer selected the wrong model
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Our support team will review the case and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
